"Usha was the trainer of a Joint Pain Programme which I joined in autumn 2023.  Throughout the course, Usha was empathetic to the needs of the individual e.g. if a participant found the exercise difficult or their injury/pain did not allow the person to perform the exercise in the described manner, Usha was able to suggest alternative ways to achieve this.
