Disclaimer
By subscribing onto one of our fixed programmes, you confirm that you do not have any of the conditions below and are safe to train independently.

The purpose of our exercise programmes are to help you to achieve your health and finesses goals. Your programme will be based upon your present activity/exercise levels and the goals that you wish to achieve. You will experience some feelings of exertion during each activity session and will become hot and uncomfortable at times. Your breathing and heart rate will increase as a result of these activities as would be expected from physical exercise of this type. As your fitness improves, you will participate in more vigorous levels of activity, if this is part of your goal, but these should remain within your capabilities. All activities will be explained and demonstrated to you by ushacfitness within your program package, but please feel free to ask questions about anything you wish or need more clarification on
Any exercise programme carries with it an element of risk. Your programmes are designed to minimise the risks whilst providing an effective exercise/activity programme. We hope that you will be as excited by our exclusive programmes, which have all been carefully designed with you in mind.

If you answer is YES to one or more questions, are older than age 40 and have been inactive or are concerned about your health, please book an discovery call with us first
Alternatively, please consult with your GP before signing up for our programme (we would still recommend booking a discovery call as while your GP might be happy for you to exercise, certain modifications may be needed based on your health condition). These modifications are for your safety.
In most cases, you will still be able to do any type of activity you want as long as you adhere to some guidelines.

When to delay the start of an exercise program:
If you are not feeling well because of a temporary illness, such as a cold or a fever, please wait until you feel better to begin exercising. If you are or may be pregnant, talk with your doctor or with us before you start becoming more active.
If your answer is NO to all of the conditions/symptoms above, you can be reasonably
sure that you can exercise safely and have low risk of having any medical complications from exercise. It is still important to start slow and increase gradually. We would still recommend having an initial assessment with us, however, should you feel confident to start working on the selected programmes below, please click on the relevant link to continue.

PLEASE NOTE: If your health changes so that subsequently you answer YES to any of the above questions, please inform ushacfitness or your GP immediately and ask whether you should change your physical activity or exercise plan.
