FAQs

Cancellation Policy

At Ushacfitness, we understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment or training session. We kindly request that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for the full session.

Should you feel at any time that we are not the right service for you or due to illness, you can cancel at anytime (at the end of your paid period).

Our fixed programs are time limited. The monthly bespoke plans have no fixed period of contract. On cancellation, all rights to ushacfitness materials including app access will seize.

How does it work

You can choose to have a bespoke programme and package based on your goal or what you wish to achieve by booking an initial discovery call and a longevity blueprint consultation. If you decide to then continue with our services, you can opt into one of our bespoke monthly plans and choose the type of support or level of support you would like to have.

Our fixed programmes are taiored around your goals and have been scientifically developed to provide the ultimate resource for success. These programmes allow you to log into our APP, track your progress and link in to your other devices (smart watches)/apps (MyfitnessPal) and more!.

 

Option to add additional tests and advanced screening to gain a deeper understanding of your health and fitness, track progress accurately with serial measurements and biohacks. 

 

We understand that it's not always convenient to attend an in-person appointment at our location. That's why we also offer online appointments. You'll get the same great workouts and personalised attention, tailored to your goals, all from the comfort of your own home. Based on the level of support/coaching or with option to add additional 1:1 sessions, your progress will be monitored and re-evaluated along your journey and your program progressed/regressed as needed to enable you to reach your goal. 1:1 sessions can also be done from your home via remote access (if more convenient for you).

Pricing

Our prices are fixed as on our app and on the website and reflect the level of experience and qualifications of our expert trainers. The prices, however may/can increase at the discretion of ushacfitness from time-to-time. Introductory offers may also be available from time to time at discretion of ushacfitness.

Medical Advice

Although Usha is a registered and practising GP, she is unable to provide any medical advice during your engagement with ushacfitness. 

We would always encourage you to see your GP should your condition at any time or if during your initial assessments, there is any concern about your suitability to train/carry out activities. Your safety is paramount. While we are able to support you in your training, however, if your condition is new or is not currently stable, we may need medical clearance from your GP first. This is why we ask you to complete a thorough health and lifestyle questionnaire. 

Nutrition/lifestyle coaching

All our packages include lifestyle/habit coaching including nutrition. The level of support is tailor to your needs. We understand some clients may not need the same level of coaching and so we have an additional add-on package around nutrition, should someone need more in-depth support.

 

While the dietary/meal plan information have been developed by dieticians, if you have any special requirements/deficiencies, we would advice you to seek the support of a registered dietician.

We will also provide health promotion advice based on evidence base practice, so you can be sure that only the correct information is provided at time of writing. 

Equipement needed

You don't need to have any equipment, however, should you have some or have access to a gym, your exercises will be adapted based on what you have available.

Body weight exercises are fantastic to help strengthen muscle and bone mass, improve cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. You don't need to have equipment.
