Level 1: Start Strong (6 weeks) The Foundation: kick-start your fat loss and improve your health. Ideal for clients who are new to exercise, returning to exercise after a break or who wants to start from the begining.

Strength & Conditioning
(12 weeks)
Key to improving body composition (reducing % fat and increasing muscle mass), maintaining/increasing muscular strength, bone mass and strength of connective tissue.

Ideal for clients who are intermediate or advanced who want to focus on strength, muscle building and conditioning.
Helps to reduce your risk of falls, osteoporosis and joint pain/injury.
Tailored to your level of body conditioning to avoid injury (very common when overtraining or doing wrong types of exercises)
Also focuses on personalised nutritional guidance/tracking, to help achieve your fitness goal.

Peri/Menopause

Hormones and Hormones!!
Yes this is a factor and can lead to changes in mood, lack of motivation, reduced muscular strength and muscle mass, reduced energy, weight gain (especially around waist!!) and so on.............

BUT adapting training, small lifestyle changes and with the right support, this is only a small milestone. Let us help you to be yourself again, but stronger, fitter and feeling healthier with more confidence!
